Tour Guide

Welcome to the tour guide section of my website.
Twice a day, six days a week, nine months of the year I am tour guide in the Vatican providing English speaking tours of the Museums, Sistine Chapel, Raphael Rooms and St. Peter's Basilica. I have been doing this for the past three years and have lived in Rome for almost five. To date I have taken over 25,000 people through the Vatican.

I have a degree in History from University College Dublin and a masters from Trinity College Dublin where I first started working as a tour guide, taking people in to see the Book of Kells exhibit.

Finishing my studies in 2004, I worked for Ireland's largest book publisher proof reading drafts of historical books before they went to print.
After doing this for two years, I left and went to Rome where I spend the majority of my time.

I usually provide tours of the Vatican from March to October and tours of Dublin from November to February: it is the and I am in Rome at the moment.

As an authorised guide I can skip the line, and arrange for private cars to collect you at your hotel.
