Vatican Tours

I was a Vatican Tour Guide from 2009 to 2012. In that time I took over 35,000 people through the Vatican.

I now provide a book a vatican guide service where you can book a tour with one of my guide friends who lives in Rome and still guides. This cheaper than booking a tour through a company, you are assured a guide with excellent spoken English who is friendly and funny.

Dublin Tours

I am preparing to provide tours of my home town of Dublin, Ireland from 2013 onwards.

I first started working as a tour guide in Dublin, taking people around Trinity College and in to the Book of Kells exhibit, as a summer job in college. In 2011 I took part in Fáilte Ireland's tour guide Training programme for Dublin and Environs to be an authorised guide for the city. My tours will include:

Background

I have a degree in History from University College Dublin and first started tour guiding in my twenties as a summer job when I was still in college. Finishing university in 2004, I worked for Ireland's largest book publisher, proof reading drafts of historical books before they went to print. After doing this for two years, I left and went to Rome where I spent four years providing tours and where I was even used by Ivy League colleges to give tours to their students studying in Rome. I provide a book a guide service where you can book one of my tour guide friends who lives in Rome and provides tours of the Vatican. I intend to provide tours of Dublin and Leinster from 2013 onwards.
