Our journey in the canoe took us downstream from Borris to Graiguenamanagh and it took us just over three hours including short stops. The scenery was truly spectacular. Paddling beneath the massive canopies.

Very relaxed. If you’ve had a recent injury or just like to take it slow so you can take photos and soak up views etc my tours are for you. Please let me know if you're using a wheelchair in advance.

Indeed. I always offer breaks for coffee, water and bathrooms when they are in the vicinity. If you twist my arm I can be convinced to drink a beer with you…

Yes everywhere except at the Book of Kells itself (if we are seeing that). I always advise of photo policy so you can just relax on the tour but Ireland is very informal.

The name Dara is a common name for men and men only in Ireland. Beside myself thousands of men have it including politicians, comedians and TV Presenters. Most Irish people have Irish or Gaelic names. If you’re interested in my name you can read my blog post about it here.
